By participating in the Algarve Irish Dinks pickleball event, you acknowledge and understand that pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other risks associated with athletic activities. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, sponsors, venue operators, volunteers, and all other persons or entities associated with the event (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in or traveling to or from the event.

3. Medical Condition and Fitness

You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in the event. You agree to inform event organizers of any medical conditions or medications that may affect your participation.
